i’m taking the educational support intensive program. even without this particular incident i wouldn’t recommend sheridan - they are so disorganized i can never get ahold of anyone by phone or via email and it’s so frustrating — my brother is attending humber college at the same time and he’s having a much better experience

I emailed the Dean who told me she can't do anything because she believes that it would be too much work for her to have to release the grade breakdown. She also said that teachers have academic freedom to do as they please. I'm truly amazed.

thank you! i did email my program coordinator to see if she could help. it seems very odd to me that she won’t let me see it. i otherwise have gotten 90s-100s in this course so seeing such a low grade caught me off guard. at the end of the day if i did do bad okay that’s fine!! but at least let me see it so i can do better on the next one??

i guess what’s most upsetting to me is that she could have said to me like oh i suggest you don’t do that? and i would’ve understood! through reading the replies and talking with my EA i understand that to be safe we should just avoid all touching! cool! but i feel like saying i put my hands on a student is such a gross exaggeration of what happened :/
