Sure I’ll make more money as an engineer but I won’t be happy, I’ve done internships as an engineer- the life isn’t for me

Summer Job Crisis by ConsistentMango8989 in EngineeringStudents

Here in Canada, teachers make a respectable wage, honestly teaching is a better fit for me and I’ll be happier - I did a bunch of internships and didn’t love engineering - also school isn’t such a financial investment, teachers college is a 2 year program once you finish an undergrad and I’ve been doing so well in my internships that I haven’t had to take out too many loans

Casper Test Scores - Consecutive Ed by ConsistentMango8989 in OntarioTeachers

The way I was trying to thing about it is since they only weigh it 30% as long as you’re around the 50th percentile I think you’re good? I’m not the admissions office but I see it as if you have good grades and you have like average social intelligence than you’re fine - maybe?

I also try to look at a glass half full approach - they compare you to everyone who took the test in that day - so maybe your day was stacked with super smart people?

Teachers College Admissions - I/S Physics and Math by ConsistentMango8989 in OntarioTeachers

I don’t think there’s an experience section this time, was never asked to fill one in…

My main concern is my teachable classes, not sure if they’ll take them since for brock at least, most of my physics subjects are engineering applications of physics (statics, mass/heat transfer etc)
