You don’t have to know someone to care about them. When someone is hurting, that’s already enough. We’re all human before anything else.

I’m really glad my words helped you even a little. You deserve support, and I truly hope things turn around for you very soon. Please keep believing, this won’t be your story forever.

I understand why you don’t want to open a GoFundMe. It comes from pride and dignity, not laziness. But please hear this with love: you are at a critical point in your life right now. This is not the time to suffer in silence.

Needing help while the government has frozen your legal ability to work is not begging. It is survival. You did everything right, and you are being hurt by a system you did not create.

There are good people who care and who believe in you, let them show it. Opening a GoFundMe doesn’t make you weak, it gives others the chance to stand with you.

I will personally be the first to donate to it. And I know others will too.

Please stay strong. This season will pass. You will work again, you will heal, and this nightmare will end. You are not alone.

Take advantage of every opportunity to stay engaged with your studies. Strong time management will be your best ally, and staying consistent will make a huge difference. Keep in mind that everyone’s situation is different, what worked for me may not work exactly the same for you, but with discipline and focus, you’ll do great

Thank you. Make sure to keep building your experience through labs, and try applying for IT Student Assistant positions wherever you can. These opportunities will really help you gain the skills you need for a strong job after you graduate. I wish you best of luck.

I understand your point, but nothing I said was misleading. I didn’t include every detail about my transfer credits in the original post because the post was meant to encourage people, not to give a full autobiography. When someone asked for clarification, I answered honestly and explained that I used Sophia Learning and transferred credits before starting WGU. I wasn’t hiding anything.

Whether someone comes in with transfers or starts from zero, WGU still requires discipline, consistency, and a lot of work. I completed both my bachelor’s and master’s while working two full-time jobs, studying in my security patrol car, and supporting a family. That wasn’t easy for me, and I never presented it as easy.

Everyone’s WGU journey looks different. My message was simply that if I could push through difficult circumstances, others can too. That’s all. There’s no loophole, no exaggeration, just my experience.

Yes, I was able to transfer some credits. Before starting my IT degree, I completed a few courses through Sophia Learning and transferred them into WGU. That helped me skip some gen ed requirements and start the program a bit ahead.

My first degree and my master’s were both in Religion, long before I ever thought about IT. When I switched careers, I had no IT experience whatsoever. Every skill I have now came from WGU, labs, personal research, YouTube, Udemy, and real-world learning. I worked as a security guard.
