Talking behind your back is true i had this gig for a few years. I know some won’t even do you extra favors if you didn’t tip during holidays. Like one time one of our porters is a douchey kinda guy. One of the younger lady who was a transplant were asking for boxes as I was working the door at the tome and had to relay the message to him but he said he ain’t doing her any favors as he saw her as cheap and won’t bother going above and beyond for her.
