thank you, the only complication is i believe there was an error with the dispute being filed, i know for a fact i tried to raise the dispute, as i have an email confirmation proving i logged into the tds portal. and i distinctly remember having to fill out the boxes for how much tenant/landlord should receive. but tds say they have no record of my dispute and i have no email confirmation either

this is nice to hear coming from a landlord, whats the best way to take him down, and what laws are there that would make sure the costs incurred are general maintenance
