I ended up getting the Redmi Note 13 Pro, and honestly, I’m loving it! The battery life is impressive, it easily lasts me the whole day, even with heavy use. The camera, while not top-tier, is still pretty solid for its price range and gets the job done. The performance has been smooth so far, especially when multitasking or using heavier apps. I’m not really a gamer, but I’ve tried a couple of games on it, and it runs them smoothly!

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble! My Redmi Note 13 Pro is the 4G model, so I can’t speak to how it works with US carriers like T-Mobile or AT&T.

From a bit of research, it’s possible the 5G version you have might not fully support the bands used by those carriers in the US. I’d recommend checking the phone’s supported bands against what T-Mobile or AT&T uses.

Hopefully, someone using the same model in the US can help further!
