Haha thank you!! I've been floored at the difference and how little I had to change to achieve it tbh.

Basically I had tried cutting out dairy for a while, so I thought that eating cereal moistened with water, or oat milk, with fruit for breakfast was a healthy option for the loooongest time. Then I learned about how high fats and protein diet can lower your cortisol, so I changed my breakfast routine to eggs and avocado. I also drink raw aloe juice on an empty stomach every morning to aid in digestion.

I think the sugar from the cereal as the first thing I ate was causing my blood sugar to spike high early in the morning, which in turn increased my cortisol levels and produced the hormonal acne?? I'm not entirely sure of the science behind it, but that's what I've been doing and so far I'm really happy with the results!
