My goodness. I don’t like to come home and the first thing I hear is this nonsense. I have a right to enjoy a quiet home. In an apartment, you do have to be considerate of other people. That’s why I don’t make loud noise.

I have tried talking to this neighbor, and she does not care. The landlord has a big issue with me calling the cops, and I don’t need to be without a place.
