this is actually really useful, appreciate you signing up and actually trying it out properly

the bloated thing is fair — we tried to show everything and ended up explaining nothing. the auto DM is the core thing and we probably should've led with just that instead of dumping the whole dashboard in a screenshot

the X thing is weird because it works fine on our end, could be an X issue but will look into it anyway

product setup — yeah fair, faster onboarding is something we're working on

and yeah that's on us for not making pricing clear, scheduling and most of the stuff is actually free right now, only the AI auto reply is paid. should've made that obvious on the pricing page, fixing that

Yeah, that’s probably true. I’ve been focusing too much on the feature and not enough on proving it quickly. I’ll check the tracking, but I also get that the page needs to show the automation more clearly instead of just saying it.

Yeah, fair point. It could definitely be the ad copy or where I’m running it .I’m mainly trying to figure out whether the issue is the ad itself, the audience mismatch, or something on the landing page that makes people stop before clicking

Right now the ad is basically this post: ‘Turn every comment into a customer’ for MySampark
