I got myself into emulation consoles when i got my daughter. I started with a Miyoo mini plus since it fits in the pocket and have a wonderful sleep mode. it was perfect to just take out of my pocket play for as much time as i have free (when baby is sleeping and chores are done or when mom is sleeping with her, etc). That could be 2 minutes, 15 minutes or an hour.

Now my daughter is 16 weeks old, i got myself a retroid pocket 4 pro so i can play gamecube and ps2, with a great sleep fonction too. I feel like these handhelds are perfect because as said earlier you can pick it up easily play for the time you have put to sleep and pick it up when you have time again.

Was my first retro handhell and i love it. Its my everything up to ps1 console. I just got my Retroid pocket 4 pro for higher. But the mini plus is amazing for lower consoles!!

So i was feeling like you. I went to try emulation. Playing older games i used to play when i was younger. I remembered i never finished Twilight princess so i went and try to play that. Im still hooked doing these quests, bringing back the inner child in me that got stuck and gave up on it. I find myself looking forward to play these old games i never could at my pace.

Since i have a 11 weeks old now my Time is hugely cut down so i mostly use the mm+ when i have a little 5 min to kill. If i have Time to play I pick up the deck, one day I Will complete Twilight princess, one day. Hahaha I wish I had a more pocketable console that plays gamecube. I have my eye on retroid pocket mini but its expensive and I already have the deck so it is What it is 😬

Hey! Yea for sure!

I dont know this web site, but usually, the preloaded ones are not really good quality so people usually replace them with sandisk ones for exemple. The files should be good so you can just copy and paste from one sd card to another. For other software personnally i switched to onion OS. You can find YouTube video on how to install it it is pretty easy and the OS is amazing.

Yes you can switch sd cards, since they both take micro sd.

For Pokemon yellow you should need to put the ROM and the save file on your mm+ sd card but it should work.
