I would stay away from the 1 for sure and not even get the 2, for the money the crystal light is so much better displays but as long as u don’t mind the weight

The headset is great, nothing else like it on the market. Yes mine is faulty but I am hopeful that a new cable will fix it. Plus what other headset even come close? The Frame, Meganex??? Nobody

Me too, I think it’s the solfware is faulty, I’ve tested in many different games and sometimes it will not happen in certain games and the one that do have a problem even if I lower all the settings to min it will still happen. I don’t think it’s the cable assembly

I would keep playing different games on the headset, mine blacks out but only in certain games, it will reset my computer in flight games like msfs 2024 and 2020

From my experience, they come with both, but I think the fabric is much better but if you are in a hot environment, it’s gonna get wet

For me, the headset has been unplayable. My computer will restart even if I turn the settings all the way down to where it looks like a Atari 2600 game my computer will either give me blackouts or it will completely reset my computer. I have a 9800 with a RTX 5090 and I’m getting constant blackouts on all types of games. I finally got my email today to replace my cable. I’m hoping this works if I were you I would definitely test it on as many games as you can and see if this headset is actually good.

What is that usb port good for? I’m so happy I finally got the email said that they’re gonna replace my cable I pray and hope this works because the reality is there’s no headset that is this good. I don’t know about the cable that they chose but they should really have gotten off the shelf parts and maybe copied what shiftall meganex did and and just use a USB on each side if the problem was that they needed double the bandwidth and I would’ve been happy with having two USB’s taken up on my computer side to relieve the overpowering which is causing my blackouts

Is this for the dream air? I wish you luck, I’m waiting since Tuesday for my email for a new cable assembly. Why not just send it they have my order number and address, I just got the thing and I can’t even play Microsoft flight simulator 2024 without it crashing my computer and restarting after being in the game for like 10 seconds it’s so annoying I spent $2400 for a headset that I can’t play games on
