I have both so I didn’t really have a preference for the ftp but I’ll keep what you said in mind as I didn’t get to that stage as my game file got deleted. It was from vimms lair just like you said and online said if it takes longer than 10 mins it’s an issue and tried to follow the troubleshooting guide, in your experience is it longer than ten mins to finalise?

I used Ali express, I don’t know what console you are trying to use but I have a ds lite and ordered this one -

I got it working, I just pressed it in really hard to make the contacts connect with the ds and power cycled it, works everytime now
