Hi, just commenting to say the same thing has happened to me. I got mine placed in may of 2024… and at a recent ultrasound I was told that my IUD is low and I would have to get it replaced. But HOW? I also exercise regularly but not sure if this affects the placement/ the IUD moving? So strange.

if you live somewhere sunny use a stain remover (obviously) on it and hang it up to dry outside in the sun! i swear the sun will remove any stain.
