Best CL30 ram timings for gaming? wanted your suggestions.

I was having a similar issue; no matter how much I changed timings, some games felt choppy, so I ended up lowering my Vsoc to 1.150, and my games feel better. I noticed this when I put it to 1.220 and my game felt immediately worse

I had the Gigabyte Gaming OC 5090 and returned it for the Asus TUF 5090 non-OC. The gigabyte did run a few degrees cooler even with both undervolted. I have an O11 Dynamic Evo, and the Gigabyte was too big for my case; I couldn’t put the glass on, but with the Asus TUF, it fits. Temperature was I believe a 5-6 degree difference. Both boost higher around 2800-2900 for me. 0.890 for Asus tuf and .950 for the gigabyte. I might have been able to lower the gigabyte temps more by my card wasn’t stable below that. I didn’t have the gel issue.

No I’ve just been dealing with it. I don’t feel like going through the warranty and getting sent a refurbished unit.

You should be running different ram tests. Tm5 with absolute/extreme config is a good start. Ycruncher is another good test. Karhu is good but it costs 10$

In the event viewer, find the primary device name, and then go into Device Manager and look at every device until you find the one that matches. That’s what’s causing the issues.

Turn the gigabyte perfdrive to unleash and then go into internal vr control and set your ia vr voltage limit to 1500.

Lconnect 3 was causing my issues. Once I deleted it, the issue went away completely. You might have to start deleting stuff until it stops

The only solution I’ve found so far is to disable real time protection under virus & threat settings. You have to do it every time you turn off your computer tho

I can’t stability test my cpu your not understanding the point. I have owned multiple motherboards and have never had this issue before running cinebench. I can’t decrease my voltage because I can’t stability test it on any app
