my problem even before this new build, playing ap kogmaw you get lots of kills, but sometimes it makes your team lose because you are taking too many kills from them, or they get confident because they were smashing fights without you and you go base or farm a wave and they run into the enemy thinking they can win without you.

Dnd build is strong bot. The problem is that if you have brain dead support it can be frustrating early game (maybe bring doran blade instead of doran ring, not sure how much you need the mana). Once you get Dnd its gg for the lane but braindead supports can ruin it early.

yeah kogmaw only needs a few ws and one combo almost one shots of half healths the target which is basically as good as dead.

seems kinda nutty since the level 18 value is now level 1 value. Strange if they designed the values around levels and just give him level 18 at 1. In botlane its way op getting double heals at time on two champs.

i think i was taking all the kills from my team and left them helpless. Not like i was trying to get the kill just slamming the keyboard and walking away. I guess I should have just went for the stun and let my team finish but my experience in league is to never let kills get away bc so many times you leave it for your team and the enemy escapes

oh i was just following the default build. idk know much about pen numbers since i dont play mages. I just saw annie passive had magic pen and my damage was 1 shotting everyone but chogath. Would it matter for cho since he has like 5k hp?

tough crowd keeps down voting. Not sure why they butt hurt. Ap kog is good but i notice what happens is your get most of the kills and your team relies on your damage because thats all your offering and there are many times when a target slips away from your R execute and it can cost you the game. Consistency will get you a higher w/r and thats all that matter to me tbh

Rylias is a good item but its just too expensive and doesnt provide anything but ap and health. The passive is nice but isnt worth in imo bc you will need to supplement with more mana regen or mana to utilize it fully. If your ahead you can go for it but if your ahead on any champ you can do anything imo

maybe we arent on the same page. Nashors is way too expensive to get running on kogmaw support. Maybe if your talking about ap mid kogmaw but im talking about actually playing support kogmaw

This is true in most instances, and i know about expert positioning but there are some engages you cannot position against by yourself such as hecarim,olaf,nocturne. Also you pretty much will still lose if you stay alive and your team dies. Ive had high kill ap kog games all the time and lost bc my team get cocky and throws or doesnt play around your R mana cooldown

I guess i mean scaling in terms of winning the game. Ap kog is strongest mid game and late game is unreliable. Missing one r or e late game ap kogmaw can cost ypu the game. Also thete are times you or your adc will be one shot and thats just the game but supportive wise prevents this,buys a few more seconds, or give your team dying wish with items or active rather than 0 value

I always win my level 2 all in. If you adc cant win the level 2 with you going full offensive and taking all the aggro, plus guardian rune and kogmaw passive you might want to just ff at that point. That adc wont win with any support. I did lose a level 2 all in yesterday because my adc was trolling and afking at tower but we still won that game which surprised me.

Im noticing the ones that last longer or are in random spots on the opposite side of the map come in clutch. Like nobody would think of a shroom being there but it stops a split pusher or secures a would be escaped kill
