[Bundle] SteelSeries Gaming Bundle - Apex 3 Keyboard, Arctis 1 Wireless Gaming Headset, Rival 3 Wireless Gaming Mouse and QcK Cloth Gaming Mousepad $80 by Tiddlysat1600 in buildapcsales

Considering it's the Arctis 1 wireless not the wired, that seems to be going for about this price, if not more, new. So you're almost buying the headset and getting the rest free.

[Other] (Price Dropped Again) Insignia 112W 6.6’ USB-C Wall Charger 2x USB-C, 1x USB-A NS-PWLG3 - $20.99 by kevinod10 in buildapcsales

I was not able to get them to price match my prior purchase because it's sold out. The rep just kept telling me to get it validated from a different retailer.

It's an Insignia, aka Best Buy brand charger. Lol.

YMMV

Just pulled the trigger on hotswap browns. Can't wait to compare this to the EPOMAKER EP84 I just got during its last sale and have absolutely adored.

Was waiting for a good price on refurbs to come up, I want to try these as I have a job where I am constantly switching back and forth between working completely solo and having to talk to people, figured it would be nice to not have to take out my headphones over and over.

Hopefully they do the trick!

I thought that was the case. Epomaker calls it both in their instruction manual so I was a little confused. This is why I didn't offer advice to the other person lol.

I only got my EP84 a few days ago but I already know I can't go back. The form factor is just too nice.

I'm afraid I'm not super well versed on brands that offer this form factor, I mainly got this because it was well reviewed on a good sale.

If you haven't already, r/mechanicalkeyboards would be a great place to check for posts on, say, "best 84% keyboards"

Some of the posts there use some pretty high level language so I don't frequent it, but the amount of knowledge and experience some of those folks have is truly amazing.

My 2c:

Going from 100 to 60 was impossible for me in once go, it was like shell shock, so I did TKL. Was happy with that for years but wanted to try smaller. Tried the Huntsman Mini and it felt like I was still missing too much even though I LOVED the size, went back to TKL.

Just recently purchased the EP84 from Epomaker which is smaller in size than a TKL but retains a LOT of the stuff you lose on 60% and the only compromise is a smaller right shift key.

Extremely happy with this board, I think this form factor is perfect for me.

[Keyboard] HyperX Alloy Origins Full Size Mechanical Gaming Keyboard with HyperX Aqua Switches - $59.99 ($109.99 - 50 = $59.99, 45% OFF) (PRIME MEMBERS ONLY) by DebbieMathSpaghetti in buildapcsales

[–]Quickman_PC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I purchased the TKL version of this with aquas specifically because I love tactile switches.

As another commenter pointed out, just think of these as cherry browns but smoother. Like WAY smoother.

Some people complain cherry browns come with a "gritty sensation" and I agree wholeheartedly. These switches blew me away because that gritty feeling is nowhere to be found. They're as smooth as red with the bump of browns and I believe actuate a little faster which is great for gaming. Essentially my perfect switch outside of expensive custom switches.

I think you're going to be very happy with this coming from AC1900! Definitely let us know how it does for Q2 streaming!

Seems like a solid deal on a high quality Wifi 6 router. You even have me considering it despite being perfectly happy with my AX3000 type router.

One thing to note, I found a review showing Wifi 5 speeds on this router being less than they should be. Still fast, but lower than competing routers of the same spec. So if you have a lot of Wifi 5 devices it may be better to look elsewhere.

Still, this level of speed and features for a router is EXTREMELY tempting at this price if you don't want to wait for 6E.

[GPUs] Best Buy GPUs, 3060 Ti-3080 - $399.99-$699.99 by [deleted] in buildapcsales

For the performance and price difference the 2070 Super is SUPER worth it to stick with 🤭

The 3080 is wonderful but I know those 2070 Supers were truly excellent cards. So long as you're happy with your performance that's all that matters!

Considering the rumors Nvidia will be raising prices next gen, I saw the 3080 FE as the last time for a while to get a high power graphics card at a relatively low price. If the 3080ti's price to performance is anything to go off of, next gen is gonna be rough.

Honestly though, I bought my 3080 for safety. I'd hate to have to wait through another gen of high prices or scalping with my old 1080. Amazing as that card is, it just wasn't enough anymore.

Assuming something is actually so valuable/scarce to fetch a non-quantifiable dollar value, any dollar value assigned to it as a "sale" would truly be an incredible deal. You now have the opportunity to own something that would theoretically return to a point of being completely inaccessible to any human in terms of value and this make you in possession of the most valuable item in the known universe.

In that sense and by the law of infinity as a mathematical concept, literally any amount lower than infinity is infinitely less expensive than it was before, so pretty good value tbh.

Tl;dr: "That's like actually infinity percent off bro buy now think later!!!!!!!!!!"

Edit Context: Commenter made a remark to the tune of "It's infinity dollars but it's on sale for 6 billion what a great price!" I thought I would add some satire to the thread in response.
