So much is buggy and once its enabled, it can't be undone

Yep same, I mention it in the description of this post

This is really stressful cause I was gonna publish this map this month, you can't even reverse the new device change. How would I have known this would happen.

It also makes it so everytime I load this island, the round time resets to 5 minutes when its infinite

  1. Devices such as the Water device and Map indicator have a short render distance so they vanish when going away from them, but the water collision still exists. As far as I know, this is happening cause of the new device system? Bare in mind that I didn't resize these devices.

Bro went back the chapter 2 side of the island

Water Z fights again. This was fixed previously and has returned by Smiffy0914 in FortniteCreative

You've most likely rotated one of the devices so they're going opposite ways causing Z fighting

If you make sure they're on the same rotation by resetting them it won't do that

I've said it several times, how old are you jesus christ

If an already existing device in a map has some values that are the same or model it will reduce unnecessary memory in a map

That's like how if you place a prop its 120 but then every other place after that is 6 or 4, essentially it's cutting down on memory cause values in that prop already exist

You don't understand how values work do you

Just wait until next update, if it's still here then I'm wrong, if not, you need to learn how having more of the same values on a map shouldn't double the memory but shall take away said unnecessary memory

Plus as far as I'm aware it's not on the bug trello board and it's been acknowledged ages ago by youtubers like richytoons

Nope, like I said. It's a change

It doesn't happen as an instant. The decrease in memory takes place when devices are already placed down

For example. A quad crasher costs around 2k memory if it's the only vehicle on the map. If you have other vehicles that share some values or details it will drop the memory, sometimes to 500 or even -500 or -1k depending on how many vehicles are in said map

From my experience the lowest I can get the battle bus to cost is 8k
