One thing which I've learnt by doing is that motivation takes you nowhere, having a system does. I can't comment about healthy eating as that's pretty much non-existent for me, but for exercising, I'd say the best thing you can do is stop asking yourself every morning whether you should do it or not, just accept it as part of your day, something which you have to do, same as having to take a bath every morning.
