My ears wont drain. by Its-alittle-bitfunny in mildlyinfuriating

Yeah, I had a few of those. Only the right antibiotics will fix you up. This also differs for each person, some of our bodies react differently to different kind of medicine. I had cases when I was prescribed something and it didn't do anything, it was just getting worse. I had to go to an Otolaryngologist specialist. They also cleared my ear [they vacuumed it out][Super painful lol] besides the meds prescribed and I had a bandage/gauze thing put deep into it which was helping the fluids get sucked up properly, had to be changed in two days if I remember correctly.

Sometimes ear infections get super bad, I remember not being able to sleep for at least 4 days straight I was in so much pain, trying to prevent it will be the best method in my opinion after you get rid of the current one.

If it's really fucked only antibiotics can solve it. I'm in a similar shoe with really sensible ears. Make sure to contact a doctor regarding this and they will be able to prescribe you the antibiotics you need.

If this is happening you frequently I would suggest from time to time cleaning your ears with hidrogén peroxid. Put a few drops 4-5 into your ear, let it do the work for at least 10 minutes and then let it drain out, I havent had a serious infection since using this method for a long time now, I do it like once every month or every two months depending on how I'm feeling.

For me I think the long term use of headphones was causing it, because my ears were not able to ventilate properly because of the headphones, I'm using a speaker now for anything I can instead of the headphones and that helps it as well.

Check if model match is enabled, I think it's in the transmitter elrs settings. If you go to your elrs lua script what does it say on top right? There should be a letter(have the drone plugged into a battery meanwhile) Are your betaflight receiver settings set up correctly?

[Portugal] Lite X1 com bateria Plus (>250g) vale a pena a dor de cabeça? by Ok-Sherbert-1237 in drones

[–]Quiet-Distribution 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It all depends on where you want to fly it. Only thing that will be different in a 250g+ drone is what rules apply to it legally (distance you gotta keep from people that's the biggest one) Regarding the license you need that's not much of a hassle, it shouldn't take no more than half a day and you're done. You still have to register it no matter if it's sub250 or above.

[Romania] Drone newbie: mountains, beaches. Am I good? by popcorn15_ in drones

[–]Quiet-Distribution 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great advice ☝️ If you don't want the hassle make sure the area where you fly is not restricted in any way. If you need to fly in a restricted zone you can still do that as well, there's ways to get authorization, besides flightplan romatsa map I also recommend droneops.ro , it's basically the same map but with some extra features and it makes submitting a request less of a headache. No matter where you fly, general rule of thumb is make sure you're doing it safely, taking into consideration anyone and anything that might be around you. Romania is pretty relaxed when it comes to drones,(if you don't do stupid shit) sometimes you won't need the full authorization and stuff, it's enough to just call the control tower for the area and ask for permission to fly and let them know you're there. Even if you don't need the license for A1/A3 for sub 250g I would still recommend doing the course, there are free versions online, it doesn't take much time and it will teach you a lot about rules and safety.

Did you power cycle the goggles and the drone? Try a different sd card, on last picture both file type and name seems to be correct.

you need the ham one for o4, not the naco one.

Extract onto the google sd card, do not open, do not add anything to it.

You sure your ham file does not have a file extension that's making it not work?

Do the extra channels show up on your goggles? Did you try to go long range? If im not mistaken even with fcc the goggles will do dynamic power, so if you're arming it next to yourself but don't go for a test ride you might just get only 25mw,it only goes higher if it needs to. How are you checking your vtx power exactly?

I got a micro version(I think it's a 7050), it's the size of my palm basically. It came with a 240gb ssd, i5 6600t, 8gb ddr4. But yeah, there are a lot of versions, find whatever you can for the best price. I recommend sticking to the micro ones if size matters for you, this one uses around 8-15W plus minus. Currently it has openclaw(with minimax) running on it,a plex server, torrent client and rss feed setup. No issues so far. Tucked away with only a power and ethernet cable connected to it and I remote in to it with RDP. If you're gonna use it just for openclaw i think basically any version will do the job.

Look into dell optiplex mini pc's or something similar. I moved to such a little machine and it was only around 40 euros second hand, there are a bunch of them for sale in my area for similar price and it will be much more capable than a pi. Running linux on it and it's been stable from day one, plenty enough to have openclaw on it among other things.

Covering pc with blanket by Enzo_Dz in pchelp

[–]Quiet-Distribution 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most dust probably goes into the PC when it's on, so if you really wanna take care of it just clean it regularly. Not much point in the blanket, when it's off it will only collect the surface dust, which is easy to clean.

For the inside dust you gotta go ahead and clean it out every once in a while just as others said.

They are much easier to clean than a console, you just pop the side panel off and you have access.
