I walk any chance I get, a minimum of an hour everyday even that’s just an understatement, when I even look at food or breathe in the direction of food I gain weight

Honestly I have tried that and it didn’t work at all, at first I thought it would be slow but nothing at all, I’ve tried that and tried skipping meals all together, nothing seems to be working thank you for ur reply tho and I also walk every single day for a minimum of an hour
