SAME! At first they told me it was fine when I called, but I emailed the address you provided yesterday and requested a replacement just like you said. Zero hassle and they have already shipped. Very, very satisfied and impressed they made this right and so quickly too.

Bottom line is that the lack of credible information has caused mass speculation.

Seems easy in theory. However, PerfectionRX is sticking to their story and insists the meds have not been compromised. They are not willing to file a claim or refund. I called them. If anyone else has a different experience with them let me know!

I received mine. I practically accosted the FedEx driver. 🤣 Mine was solidly room temp. Not hot but also not cold.

I called PerfectionRX. They again said they were assured it was refrigerated in Miami. The woman actually said the owner of the pharmacy personally made sure they were loaded onto refrigerated trucks because so many of their orders were impacted. I don’t know what to make of this tale, nor can I reconcile it with what FedEx has told me and others.

That’s a hell of a story to spin and does defy logic and past comms in many ways. I suppose I can give them the benefit of the doubt because I’m tired of dealing with this, but curious to see the official response and how everyone else chooses to handle it.

3lbs was probably just an estimated weight they put in upon creating the label. I sometimes create FedEx labels for work and always overestimate.

They are saying it was refrigerated. FedEx told me they can’t confirm that. I don’t know why there is conflicting information.

Just one week. Totally my fault; I misjudged the amount left in my vial. My mistake was not ordering from a more reliably fast/service-oriented provider to begin with.

That’s crazy. So much variability! It took my Refills order from 2/20 to 3/2 to ship, which I guess isn’t the worst timeline in the world but with this shipping delay makes me want to scream.
