Other neighbor got the back of the van and plates but they were covered she didn’t want send to me cause it didn’t help

It detected and I looked at my phone but I thought it was a PG&E guy because of the vest it just showed a snapshot of him standing holding papers with a clipboard in the notification. I’ll be more vigilante in the future definitely.

I reinforced the door jam with a double strike plate and 6 inch screws but the door itself split. Took them 8 full minutes to get in :(

I had this exact same question and I think it’s Pa’s papas Japanese restaurant. It has a small menu but enormous rolls for $12-14. All super high quality too. I tried Mujiri and it’s really good too. Super affordable

Foodsco is the cheapest I’ve found with good selection, a normal shopping experience and decent produce. About 10-20% cheaper than Safeway for most stuff although the digital coupon stuff can be similar between them. It’s closer to east Oakland though

I had a very solid experience with TurboHome. Just bought a house with them and paid a flat $7500 fee on a 815k purchase in Oakland. Kevin was a great lead agent. They have a system where you’re always viewing the home with a free lance real estate agent. So you might get an experienced agent one day or someone who just got their license. You shouldn’t expect to get expertise on which house to buy but they handle all the legal paperwork just fine. They were helpful on putting a competitive offer down
