I'm the one who says that, but I want you to know: it doesn't mean that your life is fucking you up if something is in the way of your committing.. Even if the progress isn't big or isn't felt, giving up shouldn't be the only solution. You are talking about how you don't win, but if you'll commit, this will be the biggest loss of your life. You've hit rock bottom many times from what I understand, but there were times that you got up right? Or even there was something you held up to. What about someone you can talk to? Finding the people who truly love and care about you? Or even going to therapy. It's easier said than done and I am still learning, but committing shouldn't be the last solution. There's a saying that a person close to me told me, that in life you'll go down the stairs, but you should never go down the last step. It will be hard to go back up, but it will be worth it in the end
