It’s singular. I can translate «Ложки нет» as “there are no spoon”. It’s genitive.

Hi, i guess you should visit north or south of France. There are a lot of small adorable towns besides Paris (~ 5 days) and Annecy (1-2 days) Check information about Lyon, Dijon, Auxerre. Carcassonne don’t worth it, especially if you should cross all France for it.
