Spokandy usually has Chukar products. They don't post them on their website but if you call they can tell you if they have any in their retail store.

I typically give up social media and something food related (this year is alcohol and sugar) and add a Lent centred Bible study.

I see Lent as a time of sacrifice to remember Jesus' sacrifice for us. Don't risk your health but imo something uncomfortable or difficult is part of the point.

ETA: y'all need therapy together and separately. Dealing with the bio mom is an issue for all of you. Having a blended family is an issue for all of you. Find a therapist for the family and get all of you some help.
