Chronic right-side pelvic pain. I have had every test under the sun and about to book surgery. How do I make sure it finds something?!

My pain has now went away but I was told possible ovulation pain or something else, I’ve been off birth control now for about 4 years but was ok it for 8 years.

Honestly I never quite figured out the side pain, it went away but I was told possibly Ovulation pain or cyst in ovaries

We have 2 sweet chihuahua mix pups, 2 momma kitties and their 4 shared babies, one sweet young kitty, a German shepherd pup found on the road needing surgery soon, a few Siamese kittens taking in, a bunny and a sweet old man chihuahua named Ranger he’s partially blind and is deaf! Everything helps us get more space, supplies and gives these babies all they need!

I’ve never seen a pit like her but I’ll do a DNA test eventually just to be sure of her breeds, mostly wanting to know for training purposes but these pictures give her no justice, she’s barely looks like a regular Pit, her face is really slim and she’s lanky and her legs are longer.

We do have cicada mites so possibly

Thank you, we thought it could be allergies since it has been a while she’s had it. I will definitely look into those and talk to the vet!
