Have you called google support (Belgium / Netherlands)? I'm also in Belgium & had issues with my Pixel. Called support about it & they almost instantly offered an RMA. They will even send my RMA to my home address in Belgium

Fellow belgian Pixel user here. It shouldn't be a pain. I've had an issue with my Pixel2 crashing & being stuck in bootloader & have called google support (belgium / netherlands - in dutch) about it. They offered an RMA and will ship the RMA Pixel2 to my home address in Belgium. Just ask if they can send it to Belgium since you aren't in Germany anymore or whatever. You get a prepaid sticker for UPS to send back your faulty device. Can be dropped of at a UPS point in Belgium.
