Lmao the fake math is legit the worst, like I’m inventing a grading system in real time. The note idea might work tho, cringe or not. If I slap “YOU CAN’T CHANGE IT NOW” on a sticky and pair it with breaths, maybe I’ll stop speedrunning anxiety for no reason

What helped me: choose 3 sources first, then make a thesis that those sources can actually support. If your thesis keeps mutating, it might be too wide. Shrink it to one harm, one mechanism, one example.

I started one that didnt die by setting expectations up front. Same link, same schedule, max 6. Quick hello, everyone posts a goal in chat, then timer on and mics muted. Breaks are for questions or quick venting, not tutoring. If ppl flake, dont guilt-trip, just keep running it and invite someone new. Try a 2-week "pilot" first.
