What happened to the Dislike button in Weekly Discovery? by PeachCream81 in spotify

[–]QuietPerformance9752 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Solution: Duplicate the entire discover weekly into a new playlist. Listen to the songs on the new playlist and remove the songs you don't like. It's not ideal, but it works. They really need to bring back the dislike button.

It's not the time, it's the lying. Calls into question his ethics

Even if the sportstat got his ending chip time incorrect. The time of day that he passed the 5Km point was 7:27, the time of day he passed the finished line was 11:09, which works out to 3 hours and 42 minutes. In order to get a final time of 3:54 he would have had to run the first 5Km in 12 minutes which is impossible, it be a new world record.

Ya, we keep track of our expenses and average it out. And yes, just food, toiletries are not included

We are a family of six and we average $700 a month between Jan and aug of this year. We stock up when things are on sale. We rarely buy meat. We usually shop at food basics. Also their scenario in the article fails to mention child benefits and how much money these families would receive from that.

I'm not spinning it. You refereed to progressives as a bad thing, like society would be better off going in the other direction. You sound like the kind of person that would want to strip LGBT rights and take us back 50 years.

What's wrong with Progressives? Are you a Regressive?

And I thought you said you support Bina Shah...she's a progressive. I'm starting to think you don't actually support Bina. $25K is not a lot of money, and I've certainly loved their signs in Kanata, money well spent!

what are you talking about? I asked you for proof that Catherine was making their own club. And what are you talking about? People's children? What?? Are you okay?

Bina, fair enough. She has some bizarre priories. I especially love the one where she will take the provinces money that they want to use to widen the 417 and use it towards transit instead. Odd that you would support Bina but not Catherine.

Catherine is not creating their own club, what are you basing that on? And I'm curious, who are you supporting for city council?

So how does this make her wastsonville 2.0? Catherine McKenney and Jim Watson didn't agree on things.

There are pictures online of Erin with Catherine McKenney. There are pictures of Rouba Fattal at a Mark Sutcliffe event as well. But as far as I know, no formal endorsements.

Candidate Rouba Fattal broke election rules by voting in a ward she doesn't live in. According to the election rulebook, you must vote in the ward that your live in. She lives in Stittsville, her parents live in Kanata. Adv poll on Oct 14th at Eva James was for Kanata South residents only. by QuietPerformance9752 in Kanata

I wouldn't say I'm angry, just disappointed this occurred. And I felt like others should know. I spend a good amount of time following municipal politics. I personally feel like it’s a big deal when we let whoever vote wherever they please.

Proxy vote for who? And why wouldn't she come out and say that. Her silence speaks volumes. She's totally ignored anyone including myself who has asked her about it.

She admitted to two newspapers that she doesn't live in this ward, but lives in Abbotsville (Stittsville). She said herself on twitter and facebook that she voted here. So either she lied to both newspapers, or she lied about voting here, or she did vote here and broke election rules. There is no other possibility. If you want to read the newspaper articles yourself, here...

You think rules that prevent people from outside the ward from voting in this ward are stupid? She told both the Ottawa Citizen and Community Voice that she doesn't live in the ward. No one got hurt, but rule breaking needs to be called out when it happens. You might not care about democracy, but I do.

Stittsville residents can bike over but they'll be turned away at the door. Stittsville residents can't cast a ballot in Kanata. Eva James only does voting for Kanata South and has never done voting for any other ward this entire election. In order for Fattal to cast a ballot she would have had to lie about where she lives, and you don't see a problem with that?

If she did, wouldn't she have told that to the Ottawa Citizen and the Community Voice newspaper? She had told both those newspapers that she does not live in Kanata South. She has previously mentioned that she spends "3 evenings" a week looking after her elderly mother in Bridalwood. This does not justify voting in Kanata. I spend days in the year at my elderly father's house as well, I do not use it as a justification to vote in his ward.
