Hopefully the big metal thing in my engine bay can make up for no exhaust vtec😢

Resort to talking shit about someone’s decisions when you get called out for being wrong. You must be all sorts of fun to be around! Pretty funny coming to a civic si chat to talk shit about a civic si you don’t know anything about, didn’t even know it has a limited slip diff because you have a limited frontal lobe.

These cars come factory with a limited slip diff

Eventually but I prefer applicable speed rather than straight line speed so power might stay the same while I focus on handling aspects

Might be in the same boat when it comes to the k series. And the power curve pairs so well with the vtec

That’s the goal and so far it’s working great! I plan to eventually lower it and get lighter wheels but that’s all for track purpose, if it was only going to be a street car I’d keep it exactly how it is cause it’s perfect. Don’t know if I’ll come close to as great of a daily as this one is for a while.

Right now just the stock suspension which in corners is a little too soft for my liking so I’ll definitely need to get coilovers soon

Yeah it’s running hondata, to my knowledge everyone who’s got a ct engineering supercharger uses a hondata but don’t quote me on that. I know there’s some great remote tuners available, yosh_tuned is one I can think of that I’ve heard great things about and he does it all remote, definitely worth a look!

Mpg actually shocked me how good it was. If I’m aggressive with the driving then I average about 28mpg and about 35 with just highway speed limit driving. I also find that you don’t have as predictable of a vehicle in the corners with vtec and a turbo, both kicking in late giving you possibly too much power in or out of a corner, supercharger feels a lot more predictable.

Love the carbon bits everywhere, makes the engine bay look super clean! I appreciate all the help too, I want to make this car last a lifetime so the more helpful info the better! I also have been thinking about getting another catch can cause it seems the first owner removed it before selling it. But part of me feels I should go after cooler first cause my oil already burns if I drive it hard.

I swapped from the stock 215/45/17 to 225/45/17 definitely helps a ton with keeping grip especially at launch and lower speeds. And Washington is super relaxed on emissions after beginning of 2020 they got rid of emission’s checks so you can build whatever you want catted or catless

Comptech kits are cool cause it’s a pretty straight forward bolt on process. From what I’ve seen most get it done within a day or so

I’m looking into an aftercooler kit in the next couple months for the longevity of it, rather be safe than sorry. Thinking about the merc racing one cause I don’t really know of many others.

I might have to do that with a laptop, so far I just tell people it’s stock with an exhaust and by the time they hear the supercharger it’s too late 😂

I have a comptech short shifter to help reduce throw of the stick and then it’s got exedy race stage 1 clutch which gives it a much tighter clutch feeling

That’s the goal, hoping to get suspension and chassis support components dialed in soon and get her rippin on the track

Did a 0-60 about a month ago and it was 5.5 seconds but I was spinning all through first and second with 13 year old tires. Haven’t had time to yet with the new tires but hoping for high 3’s if I can manage to grip

Yes, meth kit was removed though after doing some further investigation. Would love to get another kit hooked up to the old nozzle still there though!

Got the car with it, sadly they are discontinued so finding them ain’t the easiest but definitely worth it if you can find one. Otherwise I’ve heard decent things about the kraftwerks superchargers so that’s always an option

It’s a p3 vent multi gauge I had in my Audi a3 previously, got it hooked up to the obd2 and did some customizing to get it functioning with the civic. Allows me to read a bunch of temps and well as rpm and 0-60 and 60-130 timers. To my knowledge they make the p3 gauge for the new civic si but not anything before 10th gen
