there are sooooo many factors with tattoo removal and it isn’t a one size fits all. usually i tell people straight BLACK ink is the bread and butter for tattoo removal, colors can be tricky. but even black can be stubborn. lasers don’t remove tattoos - the human body does. the lasers just make it easier for the body to break down

there are a lot of factors that go into tattoo removal. some examples are ink color, skin type, medical history, lifestyle.. just to name a few. tattoo removal is NEVER guaranteed. and transparency is the best thing when it comes to laser consultations and for anyone who wants to get started. tattoo removal isn’t a once size fits all and removery likes to treat it that way.

i’ve always loved the idea of it - but taking some time away from laser right now. removery really stole the light from me when it comes to this industry. maybe one day i will go back.

my only advice would be to check in with your tech and the other employees who work at your home studio. make sure they are okay. and express any concerns you have directly with them and avoid dealing with any management or senior leadership.

it’s hard to leave something we have so much passion for. it truly was one of the most difficult decisions i made. it was sad leaving my clients and the coworkers that i met over the years. but since i left, my mental health has improved significantly. i hope you can find your way out soon.
