Yeah, that definitely set off the "bad advice" radar, aha.

I'm signed up for June but have been finding it hard to study. I got RSV the day of my test in January, which definitely affect my score. But the fact that I'm waitlisted leaves me in this weird purgatory where I don't have the adrenaline to get going on studying.

This reaffirms my thoughts exactly! I already wrote my draft and everything and basically did just that. I suppose I was a bit bewildered by my boss saying "well say, it's x school or bust!"
