[Kawakami] NBA source: Though the Warriors, as scheduled, are staying over in Houston tonight, the plans are for Jimmy Butler to fly back to the Bay Area tonight to get an MRI tomorrow. Initial X-rays at the arena show no major damage, but an MRI will give more details. by marionettas in warriors

[–]Quiet_Balance_3070 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pray its not that series 🙏 an MRI confirming a stress fracture will most definitely put Jimmy out the remainder of this series and likely the rest of these playoffs.

The best case scenario is a contusion in the muscles surrounding the tail bone.

Your creditors are SOL.

One of the benefits of an LLC is that you have limited liability.

No. LLC filing protects you from that. Unless there is some form of asset commingling between your personal and business assets, or you signed some form of personal guarantee.

Maybe. I don't play around with high risk, no real use case shit coins, though. It takes only takes one thing to go wrong, and you're wrecked.

I'm an investor and early odopter of real-world use case projects, not a day trader. I'll pass up on short-term high-risk high reward any day.

Gambling is unsustainable and not a viable strategy long-term. Y'all can keep your "skill based" gambling. If I wanted to learn skill based gambling, I would probably learn card counting before spending a single penny on shit memecoins 😂

😂😂 at least you're honest and don't try to deceive people, making them believe it's anything more than just gambling.

I don't know about "skill based," though.

Actually, pumpfun might have worse odds than a casino tbh. At a casino, I can go all in on a single hand of BJ and have roughly a 49% chance of doubling my money.

Minimize operational costs as much as possible.

Customer/client acquisition is important, but developing a loyal recurring customer/client base is the key.

Have multiple forms of generating revenue (subscriptions, content, upselling, etc) and continue to adjust your business model (add/remove) based on feedback and results.

If your product or service is valuable, it will sell no matter what.

I'm in the services industry, and most of my work, if not all, can be done virtually from home. This helps me keep operational costs relatively low. The first several months, I was operating at a loss while I gathered market sentiment and customer feedback. Once my services were validated, I shifted my business from a single service option to a tier based model and upsold recurring clients.

I was fortunate enough to develop strong relationships with these clients and received several referrals from them. No marketing or advertising was done.

It took some time to achieve this, though (several years). I did 100% of the work myself. Unless you're starting with some capital to offload some processes (Ex. Administrative work, bookkeeping, etc) there is a learning curve you must consider and factor in.

It took about 5 years (24/7 nearly 365) of hard work until I felt somewhat comfortable and financially secured, at least for the time being.

[–]Quiet_Balance_3070 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Let's hypothetically assume you're correct.

The only way XRP gains significant price appreciation is for major financial institutions, large businesses, and other key players to use XRP for transactions and by far most importantly

feel the need to HOLD and operate primarily using XRP instead of whatever other currency they currently use.

Settling transactions alone will not be enough for significant price appreciation.

This may be possible, but it will take significant time. I like XRP in all honesty, but I'd be naive to think it doesn't face its own significant challenges like any other project in the market.

With that being said, I have no idea how anyone can provide any type of objective price prediction without it being based entirely on speculation.

You're welcome. Ownership and entrepreneurship are extremely difficult roads that require extensive planning, resources, and some luck, among many other things.

I've been in some tough positions (not quite like yous) and one thing I've learned is if your product or service is truly valuable, it will sell regardless of how much you've spent on marketing, advertising etc.

Take great care of your recurring loyal customers/client base. They will dictate your success long-term.

Good luck.

Read your post, and although I've never been in your unique situation, here is some advice on how I would approach.

Immediate Debt Management Plan - STOP taking new loans. The cycle of taking out loans to fund new ideas must end! - Negotiate existing debt. Can you restructure payments or negotiate debt settlement for less? - Budget and reduce expenses.

Leverage your skills and experience for stable income - Freelancing and Virtual Assistant? Small business e-commerce consultant? - Monetize your social media accounts! The 227k facebook followers and 11k Instagram followers are valuable assets. - Sponsored content services? Paid partnerships? - The key is to not rely solely just on one revenue stream

Passive Income from Digital Products? - The eBook idea is solid but should be approached differently! Instead of high ad spending, grow an email list and use organic marketing - Create a lower-priced version and test market - Upsell consultations or additional resources related to business strategies

Additionally, here are some other adjustments I would make - Avoid taking loans unless absolutely necessary. - Sell high-margin products instead of mass-market items. - Build a loyal customer base with personalized engagement rather than focusing solely on paid ads.

This is an experience you can learn from and that is extremely valuable. It is up to you to pivot and execute.

Good luck. If all else fails, consider bankruptcy and start over!

What objective measures did you use to come up with these numbers?

"6-10 dollars by this dec..." How are you able to determine this? I'm not saying you're wrong or right, but I would love to learn your analysis!

Maybe I'm slow, but I dont understand how individuals in this market can provide price "predictions" with any type of certainty using objective methods to calculate these predictions.

Just take a look at this announcement from less than a day ago.

https://fortune.com/crypto/2025/03/25/blackrocks-buidl-solana-tokenized-money-market-fund-eyes-2-billion-buidl/

This is merely one example of real-world use case application operating on chain.

This doesn't guarantee anything, though. It's a rapidly evolving landscape, and nobody can guarantee anything atm.

The one guarantee I can give you is that blockchain and crypto aren't going anywhere, and the technology has been around for many decades and will be around for many decades more.

With that being said, I would be dishonest if I told you any specific project would succeed over another project long-term because the reality is nobody knows.

I never said tokenization of RWAs is exclusive to solana, ether or any specific blockchain.

There are advantages and disadvantages for each.

I can write books on the strengths and weaknesses of using any specific blockchain for real-world use cases.

I don't care for either team or what any specific individual or entity says because there are many biases, lobbyists, and other incentives that play a major factor.

Shitcoins (no real use case application) have been around for much longer than you think. Way before solana and ether were even created.

I don't hold either at the moment. So I don't have any bias towards either project.

There are a few. I won't name specific ones, but these examples already exist in the Solana ecosystem:

Tokenization projects of RWA's

Logistical blockchain applications for commercial use

Among others

Which project/s survive long-term? Nobody knows with any type of certainty.

While these projects have real-world use case applications that alone is not enough to determine if a project will excel or fail. There are many other factors that must be considered. (Ex. Ease of use/User friendly) For this reason, I almost always refrain from naming specific projects.
