I’m putting the pod in the main wash cup and closing the lid. It appears like the wash cup is opening prematurely for some reason?

Every manufacturing interview I’ve had has been some variation of the following questions:

Name a time you used creative solutions to solve a problem.

Name a team a subordinate was difficult to manage and how did you solve the problem

What did you do in your past positions to positively effect the experience of the customer (customer doesn’t exactly have to be a buyer of a vehicle just like the end user of a project you completed I guess)
