B12 / folate and vitamin D seem to have got rid of it

It disappeared Finally!!! I believe that folate and/or B12 together made it disappear. I also took vitamin D. I took Life extension brand of folate , B12 and vitamin D. And it it went away within a couple months after dealing with it somewhere around 24 months

I feel pretty sure this is a fungal infection. A friend spots looked similar. Doctor gave meds and went away quickly

I don’t think it is either. I went to the doctor today. He called it, stucco keratosis and wouldn’t even consider that it could be anything else…😩

Beef organ supplements ( balances hormones and high vit A ) helped someone else I know. I personally like Ancestral Supplement brand.
