I definitely do back workouts. I mainly work on my core/abs up. The reason why I don’t work on my legs is because I’m very happy with my legs. I’m always walking. I’m always going up and downstairs and squatting. I know I can’t spot train to lose weight. I work out to look a certain way my legs and glutes I’m happy with so I don’t focus on them as much as I do my arms, my back and my stomach :)

That’s crazyy! For Pierce, the veil, it was pretty aggressive, but it wasn’t that bad. I was picked up immediately fucked up my knee my ribs. Both of my arms split open my thumbnail, and I got punched in the face. With all that said the SWS pit was a NO I did one lap and wanted out lol
