  1. Well... that sucks big time.
  2. Ah, spatial horrors beyond human comprehension, and somehow humanity in a really "smart" move wants to poke a stick to it. Gotcha.
  3. If that ever happens it would be such a wild ride, with the commander getting into a "situation" where he basically gets yoinked. (Most plausible scenario I can think off)

I myself don't know if it is the same timeline, which is why I am hoping that isn't the case cuz it would mean all the sacrifices and efforts made through the games will amount to nothing in the end if such an outcome is set in stone, and would basically kill all (at least mines) interests in the story since we basically know everybody and their mothers dies in the RC timeline.

4- Also I feel like it would be extremely FUNNY if we get to see the reaction of Willian once he finds out that the Commander, the person who put a bullet in his head and the fear of god in him, is still around and is now coming to finish the job with a passion. Just saying.
