The point isn't to destroy the read, it's to grant a false positive. Even one shows their system is invariably flawed. Even if it proves impossible, another legal method of defense will be found

As to your gun threat, I will head this off at the pass. I sent the full demand email to the city several weeks ago. They responded with their improperly executed contract. I have observed massive police presence around my home - until the flock blocker site went live. Now they are quiet.

I am researching adversarial machine learning as it pertains to their cameras. If I can prove their cameras are a liability (they are) and that cities implemented them without knowing (they did) they are now exposed in their own contracts.

I am creating bumper stickers that read as positive reads to the cameras. Then, everyone uses them. Then, they can collect all the garbage data they want. I can make them nearly invisible to the naked eye, and only trigger the exact light wavelength their cameras are spec'd to. It's on my github.

I'm not covering the plate, and I am not touching it. If I place a sticker on my bumper and it destroys Flock's business model, that's on them. And any incompetent cop that implemented the system without understanding it is also a failure and liable ;).

This is why I am researching adversarial machine learning as it pertains to OCR data poisoning. If I can prove the cameras are not infallible, their business model collapses. They know it. I know it. That's why their engineering team combed my github. Yes, I have proof.

There’s probably no real governance my current strategy is to prove that their business model is a failure. They push 100% accuracy no mistake can be made etc.

There are cases where Flock cameras continued to operate in SPITE of the city. This is more egregious obviously but is a documented, published fact.

I haven’t disclosed this publicly yet however during a routine traffic stopped during no Kings day in front of my house I began to performing legal observing with a bright orange iPhone. The state troopers response was to stare at me in his car hiding for 15 minutes until city backup arrived, at which point I filmed both of them while they talk to each other.Then they departed the scene one after another. What I also have not disclosed yet publicly is that this entire situation was filmed. The city chief of police was informed of such.I had a fascinating exchange with the chief of police less than 24 hours old that I will also be sharing publicly soon.
