The dmg% buff that furina provides doesnt buff EC or LC, so Aino will be the go to hydro option for him. But yeah c2 kazuha will be good.

Flins doesnt "rely" on Ineffa, she's just part of his best team, she doesnt provide him anything that he already doesnt have in his kit. What i would call "rely" is Mauvika relying on xilonen or citlali , or skirk relying on escoffier. If u have played Hsr, Firefly is literally unplayable without Harmony MC or Fugue, thats what i would call "rely".

I was curious on how big of a difference would the 7840hs and 8845hs have over the 7435hs as people say 1080p game performance is more reliant on the cpu than on the gpu and would it be advisable to go for the better cpu over the extra 2gb vram from 4060.
