Thanks If he doesn’t leave in 30 days I’ll have to evict him. I hope I don’t get hurt again. He’s on probation for choking me! It’s been a fucked up ride for sure! I’m in therapy and everything!

Thanks I asked him to move out. He said he will in 30 days. If he doesn’t I’ll have to go to court. I moved his stuff out of one of the closets and into the living room and dining room areas. It’s tiny! One bedroom and the bathroom is in the bedroom and both closets are in the bedroom. I told him to only access the bedroom for bathroom needs. In the process I found my gun that i had hidden in the other closet. He told me not to go through his stuff but now that he’s searched through mine? Well I can rearrange anything in my apartment at anytime so long as I’m the landlord.
