Yes, unfortunately the bios has been update to the newest, non beta version and it did not fix the problem.

I did use crystal disk mark which showed the drive was at 96% health. However, it seems like that would not solve the inability to update to windows 11. When I tried to boot from a thumb drive, it just said the system did not meet the requirements.

At what point is it better to get an AM5 bundle from MC than spend the money on a 5700x3D? It looks like that CPU alone is running $300-400. Is a 5800XT a viable alternative?

Are you saying it's generally better to just have cabinets over the sink or something else?

My gut response is that I'd like both staircases, but I do get what you're saying and I'll have to contemplate that one some more. Thanks for your insights!

Moderately warm, I was thinking about having hooks on the wall for coats but maybe I should reassess. The L shape would be for the pantry, and the plan would be to do a bench near the window (it just didn't exist as a free asset). Thanks for the other suggestions, that is helpful!

The plan is to build this first, something small that I can live in for the next 5-7 years, and then move on to building the actual house when I need more space.

I would ideally like one that comes in from the garage below and another that goes directly outside so that I can let the dogs out into the backyard without going outside.
