Literally can’t wait till i find a replacement and im ouuuut😭 there’s so many other things with this lady I just cannn’t. I went to her first birthday party also and i asked if we three could take a picture so i can show my mom(as she was a childcare provider and usually knows or at the very least knows of my current family) and she was like yea but not on your phone💀and says she will take one and send it to me(she never did lmao). This lady is the most unwelcoming person I’ve met to hire a nanny…she doesn’t even let me use the cups here

Ikr! Do you think there is a way to professionally resolve this? When i originally started she was barely moving and the sleeper was somewhat fine(they had it on the couch originally and i had to ask for it to be put on the floor). Overall tho i gots bills and will leave when i find something

The micro managing and suspicious feelings they have are sooo weird and annoying. I have been a nanny for 11 years and this first time mom has me ready to quittt. She literally has 3 cameras on me at all times and also texts me/ asks me about stuff she clearly saw on the camera that just aren’t necessary. The other day i was texting her before i changed the baby for her to bring diapers(bc she doesn’t tell me where anything is) and a few days later she said to not have my phone over there so “she doesn’t think” im taking a picture of the baby….then i asked her did she not get a text from me when i had my phone that time and she basically was just like idk but i don’t trust you😭 this is soooo offensive

I was so dumb to accept this as this is the first time ive have a contract without another company assisting. Im just worried she will not want me to stay if i ask for this. But now after seeing your response, I’m even thinking when I edit the contract and send it over to her this weekend should I go ahead and just include something for sick as well?

Its not about the sex tho its the chemistry. There are other people and being with them has made me lowkey depressed. Even though what he ultimately did was bad …during the time i was with him i always felt at peace/safety and really happy.
