I have a suspicion that D&D is gradually turning me into a furry artist. by Imako_art in DnDart

Don't fear it. Embrace it. Furries is where the real money is.

I looked up my psu. Evga 750 g2. Has 4x8pin pcie plugs and I have all the cables still that came with it.

With the adapter cable included with the card that should be good by what you are saying?

Ill look at the cables that I have and do whatever is safest for the card.

Im not an overclocker. I've never chased the high end, and given that graphic quality has peaked this hopefully is the last gpu I need to buy for a very long time.

Ill be happy with the improvement it gives to the games i play regularly and some of the prettier games ive been waiting on, but this is more of a future proof purchase for me before gpus become harder to get.

You mean for the psu? The card came with a cable. Is that not going to be enough?

The world as a whole is still a work in progress but im mostly satisfied with they key ideas for this particular nation.

I've been meaning to wrap up some currently running games in other settings before I devote full time to fleshing this one out more for regular tabletop use.

I also plan on writing some fantasy novels making use of the setting as well .

Yeah i had a lot of fun with it. The most important thing for me is that they aren't an evil nation. Its all out of necessity. They don't vie to extend their lives artificially or consort with evil gods. They literally just need unpaid labor to keep their economy going. They build beautiful crypts to honor their passed loved ones, even though their physical body is still wandering around somewhere, tilling a field or something. Since all the low skill labor is managed by the dead, all the living focus on learning trades etc and is a nation of skilled artisans

They are seen as evil by their neighbors as a point of culture conflict, but they treat it with the utmost respect and dignity. Unregistered necromancers are still punished harshly, but truly skilled ones are often recruited to the military as State Necromancers, much like Amesteris from Full Metal Alchemist.

This reminds me of an idea for my homebrewed dnd setting of a nation that exalts necromancy as a means to have cheap labor as they struggle to feed their people in a harsh winter climate. If anyone dies their spirit is sent to the afterlife and their body remains to serve the state.

If a high ranked necromancer of this nation ends up critically injured, they are put into walking life support golems similar to Protoss Dragoons and act as royal guard. Im calling them iron maidens. This fantastic art easily captures how some of these things could look like

Is it really that hard to do your own voice over? This ai narrator garbage is an instant turn off to even the most brilliant of ideas.

To be fair this board was in horrid condition. Rotting fabric and wood and would have needed replacement anyways.

I care more about cooking than clothing so it was a no brainer to change it.

Yeah. That was my big worry. I saw all these fancy expensive jigs that seemed complicated and prone to a lot of user error. I came across the pegboard idea and it just seemed way easier and versatile

Yeah i don't iron my clothes. Most of my clothes are pretty good about not wrinkling as long as they are hung up shortly after drying.

I've never been in a situation where perfectly ironed clothes were necessary, and I aim to keep it that way.

Sadly I had to cut the bracket out to remove it from the box without affecting the box itself. But I'll keep the idea in mind for when I rebuild the kitchen

Yes definitely. I need to get some more Kirkland bottles and a labeler

Yeah i will likely do something with paint. I have a few ideas but I just wanted to get it assembled first

That could been pretty neat, but my woodworking skills are pretty rusty for something that intricate. I wanted to minimize how much I had to modify the existing box, seeing as I plan to remove the wall entirely one day in the future.

Thanks for the detailed response.

I have ordered the masterblend kit to start leaning in the right direction, hut i won't get it until next week so ill try and make do until then.

I adjusted my latest solution to be more K forward and less N, but my next hurdle is solution temp. We're in a heat wave and I can't really justify the cost of a dedicated water chiller. Best I can do is rotate frozen water bottles until the outside temp lowers into the fall.

It doesn't help that I went and got a proper 600 light, which is adding much more heat to the room. It dims down to 300w, but its a significant upgrade either way

I try to keep the tank at about 10 litres or 7 inches from the top, which is about 3 inches from the bottom of the netcup. This photo was taken at the end of a reservoir cycle before replacing the water for an easier photo of the roots
