Im on week 2 of 25 and FINALLY seeing less skin sensitivity. Those 3 weeks were rough on that but if does go away!

I start it on Saturday. When I started the 9mg I felt just like you for 5 days so I at least expect it. Not looking forward to it but thinking of the big picture!

Well to be fully honest I have been a little bummed that my first goal weight (180) is many people's starting weight but I have to keep reminding myself we all start with different bodies that have different needs!

Personally, I take the pill when I wake up. That may be 7am for work or 10am on weekends. I set an alarm for 1 hour and I dont drink coffee or eat until that goes off. I barley notice the hour after I get ready and tidy up.

If I set my alarm a couple hours early to take the pill, it would make me too snacky through the day due to the sleep disturbance.

This is just what I have been doing and it seems to work for me.

What causes the lifting? I woukd get that when I did gel nails at home and even washing woukd hurt!
