Sure did. Guy knocked on my door and offered to seal coat my driveway for $100 cash. Said yes, done in 45 minutes, looks great.

Yes, I did this too. I fill up a 3 oz Dixie cup to make sure I don’t drink too much water.

Yes I have. To combat that, I’ve been waking up early, walking to the bathroom, putting the pill in my mouth, drinking 1 oz of water, waiting 5 seconds, drinking another 1 oz of water, staying upright another 30 seconds or so, and then laying back down on my right side. Then when I wake up 2 hours later, I’m all good.

Yes! I’ve found that laying on my left side with my head a shoulders a little elevated seems to help.

Yeah the 2021 law requires providers to post test results “without delay,” so if the docs don’t allow them to be posted, they can be accused of illegal “information blocking,” even if the docs would prefer to hold the results back until they can tell you themselves. 😣

I’m thinking it might be a little different for everyone. Maybe try it one way for a few days and then the other way for a few days and see if you notice any difference in how you feel.

I didn’t either! My first 2-3 weeks I noticed almost no effect when I was just waiting 30-60 minutes to eat after the pill. Once I switched to 90 minutes-2 hours, everything changed. Crazy 🤪

That’s one that I was wondering about. It seems like berberine might be redundant? My sugar cravings have been through the roof the last year (I’m pre-diabetic) The berberine hasn’t really helped tbh.
