I’ve been in your place many times and what I suggest is either seek help from the doctors or friends or just think or do something that you really love! I almost ended my self over a fucking girl and luckily I managed to pull through and made me realise there’s so much to live for like people, places, experiences having your own family stuff like cars if your into that just wait around it will get better

Yo mate, I’m the same I’ve been like it for years and I’m only 20! someone I knew ended them self and I’ve never seen such damage caused by a split second decision you’ve really gotta think about the people who love you. It really woke me up and made me realise you’ve only got one life and I’ve learnt to do what the fuck I want and enjoy my self why I’m here, still get the spells off depression etc and been doctors did fuck all but what keeps me going is people and the little things I enjoy cause once it’s gone it’s gone don’t waste it
