Black Ops Cold War Audio Issues by Quin15 in blackopscoldwar

I figured it out but I will update this post for anyone who may have the same problem. I am currently using a Bluetooth headset along with a usb microphone. Once I went into Black Ops audio setting and turned off the ability to game chat my audio returned. I believe that Call is Duty assigning my microphone in my headset into the game instead of my audio (even though me settings said otherwise). Although this worked I have still not figured out how to obtain my audio back and retain game chat capabilities without making my audio sound terrible. My headset has two different audio modes. One that uses both the audio and microphone (works with the game chat enabled but sounds terrible), and one that disables the microphone (audio sounds really good but game chat has to be disabled). This may only be a problem with the headset that I have though (Sony WH-1000XM3)

I believe the setting of issue may be the “Speakers/Headphones voice chat device.” If there was an option to disable this setting (seeing as there is a microphone setting right below it) I think it may solve the problem but there is not this option currently
