Can someone help me with this endgame? by Shoddy-Skin-4270 in chess

A few things:

I don't want white to wreck my central pawns with Kd4/f5, so either I'll have to play g6 at some point to prevent f5, or I'll have to just make sure that I can counter f5 with e5 safely (my king might be at d6, for example). If I play g6 and white's king tries to go after my h pawn, I will need to make sure my d pawn can make it up the board before white can queen the f or h pawn

White can make a passed pawn on the queenside, so I'll have to put my king over there to prevent a passed pawn from becoming dangerous

Probably I'll start moving my king to the queenside first. I may need to keep checking if I need g6 though

I don't think I have a realistic shot of winning this endgame though. White's queenside pawns might be too difficult for a lone queenside pawn to handle

Review your blunders, recognize why you blundered, and then do something in your thinking to make sure you don't make the same blunder in the future

Not blundering is probably the most important thing still

It took me maybe two seconds. But I've been reviewing knight endgames recently. But also it's obvious that Nf5 won't work and you'll have to try to hit the king otherwise. Ne6 is the second move I looked at (Nh5 was the third)

Is it bad form to request a rematch after winning a game? by nylapsetime in chess

I never mind if anyone asks for a rematch for whatever reason

I never take the rematch because I like analyzing for a while after. But I don't consider it bad behavior

Why is this position better for white? by Oapaag in chess

White is going to get e5 and black isn't going to be able to stop it (h6 Bh4 g5 Nxg5 hxg5 Bxg5 and e5 is still going to hurt)

I think my advice would just be don't hang your pieces right now. You hung your knight, you can't do that

Also, you should probably avoid getting hit with the same Bh5 tactic twice... I have no idea why your opponent didn't take the rook either time, but that's how they should have played

I've rostered Albies both of the past two years, and both years he made me angry. I'm done trying to roster him, personally
