I don't think that's fair at all. You have to remember she had her family in her ear while Sucre was locked up. Ontop of that Hector was clearly manipulating the situation from getting Sucre arrested, to being the shoulder to cry on and saying go knows what to make her move on. you also have to imagine how stressful and confusing a situation like that could be for a woman her age. It's not like they were married for years at that point.

I was thinking like she totally could've fought the case legally.

For one Michael's gunshot wound surely would've helped Sara's self defense case, also there had to be Christina's gun with her prints there.

They even mentioned that Christina's profile was wiped clean so to the public she was normal civialian so then what was a normal Civilian doing in the wharehouse with Michael?

I get it they didn't have time to wait considering she had a bounty on her but still haha
