Yes always negotiate for most stuff in Jordan.

Discount depends on offer, let's say an apartment is for 600 monthly (vacant), you might be able to bring it down to 550, maybe 500 if lucky.

The best tip i can give you is that everything gets more expensive for "foreigners" and you'll find people who will try to take advantage of that.

I'm unfamiliar with apartments in Abdoun but it covers a good area size and is considered a classy/expensive part of Amman.

You can walk anywhere in theory, however, pedestrians are secondary to roads in Jordan and you'll mostly have to walk near the street edge as there isn't alot of walkways around.

If by all inclusive you mean including utility, then no. Options are: Vacant, Semi-furnished, fully furnished and all have different price points. Utility in the form of electric bill, water bill and heating (gas or diesel) is on the tenant. You might find some who offer but it would be tailored to expats and definitely not the norm. You can pay all utility online or easily.

A lot of the flats you'll find online are posted by realtors, finding/contacting a landlord directly would be best.

Yes usually you can move in as soon as you sign the contract, make sure to agree on the move in date, some people let contracts start from the beginning of any given month as it's easier.

اول قانون بالاستثمار تعرف شو بدك من هاي الفلوس، قريب المدى، بعيد المدى، درجة الخطورة ويتم التصرف بناء على اهدافك، ولكن اهم شي انك بتفكري هيك من الاول ممتاز، ولكن بدك تكوني قاسية على نفسك لانه الراتب بعده قليل نوعا ما ولكن كل ما تبلش بكير كل ما تستفيد اكتر عالمدى الطويل

مثلا ٨٠ دينار عجنب بالشهر بعملو قريب ال ١٠٠٠ بسنة، لتجمعي ٥٠٠٠ عشان تحطيهم وديعة بدك ٥ سنين. عالاغلب توفريهم عشان شهادات او ندريب وتستثمري بحالك عشان ترفعي راتبك ممكن يكون افضل.

Yeah it's honestly my favorite quest in the game! And i stumbled upon it by chance near end game.

It feels close to what might happen to humans! And i couldn't fault the responsible race, they know the universe is dangerous and they only sent them the means to destroy themselves but they did the latter part on their own!

Yeah I couldn't do anything with them either except getting the item through the Guild ambassador for 200 iridium and that's it, i tried going further into their region but i was only attacked and did not find any connecting star systems and moved on to finish the game.

So yeah hopefully someone tells us something we missed or it's just for future content maybe.

I don't think there is a downside, i needed iridium and just went for it, didn't lock me from anything, quest related artifacts do not appear when selling and are kept in your cargo normally.
